An easy recipe to make spice bhandi

Ingredients required for making bhandi
Okra one kg
2 chopped onions
3 tomatoes 2 to 3 pieces 1
4 tablespoons of yakni
5 tbsp red chillies 1 tsp
6 Turmeric 1 teaspoon
7 cumin a teaspoon
8 green peppers three to four pieces

Wash the utensils and cut them dry. Heat oil in a pan and fry the bhandis. When the bhandis change color, remove from the oil. Now heat two tablespoons of oil and soften the onion. Then add tomatoes, salt to taste, yakni, crushed red chillies, turmeric, cumin and green chillies and cook for two more minutes. When it is well cooked, serve it hot.
