HR Trainee

Looking for Possibilities to Grow?

Lucky Core Industries Limited is hiring an HR Trainee for its Soda Ash business based in Khewra.

Key Job Responsibilities:

– Assist the HR Manager in the delivery of objectives of the Soda Ash business’ HR department, and work towards the commitments and goals for the year.
– Participate in, and lead cross-functional projects as directed by the HR Manager in areas like HR, IR, Admin, community affairs, and other corporate functions.
– Create and/or edit tools, training materials, and other resources to help senior leadership successfully build action plans.

Key Skills:

– Strong knowledge of Microsoft Power Point and Excel.
– Attention to detail.
– Willingness to learn.
– Excellent written and spoken communication.
– Good team player.
– Ability to think innovatively.
