๐๐จ๐ฌ๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง ๐“๐ข๐ญ๐ฅ๐ž:ย  Manager of Business Excellence – Shared Services
๐‘๐จ๐ฅ๐ž ๐Ž๐ฏ๐ž๐ซ๐ฏ๐ข๐ž๐ฐ:ย  In the role of Business Excellence Manager, you will lead the charge in refining and optimizing our service processes within the Shared Services Department. Leveraging your deep expertise in process reengineering, you will identify opportunities for efficiency gains and streamline workflows.
๐Š๐ž๐ฒ ๐‘๐ž๐ฌ๐ฉ๐จ๐ง๐ฌ๐ข๐›๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐ž๐ฌ:
– Utilise your process reengineering background to conduct comprehensive assessments of existing service processes.
– Lead cross-functional teams in designing and implementing optimized processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
– Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of process improvements.
– Collaborate closely with department heads to ensure process enhancements enhance service delivery across the organization.
– Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering their understanding of process reengineering principles.
– Drive the adoption of process excellence tools and methodologies, throughout the Shared Services Department.
– Act as a change agent, promoting a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
๐๐ฎ๐š๐ฅ๐ข๐Ÿ๐ข๐œ๐š๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐ฌ:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
– Proven track record of leading successful process reengineering projects within the service industry.
– Strong analytical skills, with a keen eye for identifying optimization opportunities
– In-depth knowledge of process improvement methodologies
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration
across departments.
