– Payment to Vendors
– Manage the Trial balance
– Bank reconciliation
– Timely Payments Activities i.e., Head imprest Budgets to branches.
– Vendor Payments – Reports from time to time When required by the management.
– Reconciliation of Banks properly & and timely Reports from time to time when required by the management.

Responsibilities:
– Responsible for Monthly Financial Statements
– Reconciliation of bank accounts.
– Ensure all actions pertaining to rental payments are timely executed.
– Ensure all fixed assets are recorded and updated in the system
– Ensure timely disbursement of school budgets and reconciliation of expenses
– Feasibility reports of new school projects
– Coordination with auditors to provide all the relevant information

Responsibilities:
– To support and maintain the academic standards in school and provide orientation to science teachers on curriculum development.
– Monitor and support the implementation of the curriculum throughout the region.
– Conduct lesson observations, notebook scrutiny, reviewing lesson plans and attending coordination meetings.
– To visit regional schools and maintain records which provide a resource for the annual review and analysis of academic development and achievement.
– The preparation of the Academic Visit Report which guides the school leadership in the continuous development of academic standards.
– Overall quality assurance for science curriculum implementation
– Ensure strengthening TCS curriculum by reviewing it against International Curriculums.
– Training existing subject coordinators/mentors for effective curriculum implementation in schools.
– Propose and plan science development programs (for students).
– Responsible for exam paper setting as per policy (MYE & EoY) and close liaison with Regional Exam Coordinator/HOD Examination.
– To monitor internal examination paper checking to ensure consistency, accuracy, and in accordance with TCS policies and procedures.
