Our Client, a Karachi based company, seeks to appoint experience professionals for the following roles:

Junior Manager Legal

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To handle and monitor litigation cases before different courts/forums of law through external counsels,
  review the pleadings before filing for the courts and maintain the status of court cases and follow up with
  the external lawyers.
• To vet agreements, MOUs, Addendums etc. and other legal documents and render legal opinion in the
  matter, if required.
• Toprovidelegal advisory services and other required legal assistance to the departments on their different
  legal issues after review of Inquiry Reports, Charge Sheets, Show Cause notices, Court Orders and other
  relevant documents.
• Review all relevant contracts, agreements, letters, proposals etc. to ensure compliance to the prevailing
  Jaws and regulations, and raise issues that may have legatand statutory implications to the Company.
