Job Description
Maintain the payment process and with strict observation of the approval limits and controls.
Ensure update of Currency rates tables and accurate gain/loss calculations at closing for AR, AP and GL accounts.
Perform the bank reconciliation, coordinating with bank and RA.
Ensure appropriate levels of interest-bearing deposits and investments recordings are maintained at all times.
Maintain interest revenue accruals and finance charge records
Maintain a relationship with bank staff.
Develop and maintain a continuous improvement culture, focusing on efficient ways of working for both current and new processes.
Develop the GL and treasury teams set of tools and processes to complete the work more efficiently.
Recommend policy and procedure improvements to Management to better safeguard company assets.
Prepare necessary Tax reports to the concerned parties and ensure proper archiving after closing each case.
Handle any ad-hoc requests related to Treasury and Tax transactions
